Screen-reader labels throughout, dynamic type support, and hit targets at 44px minimum.

Venue information

Listings include fields for step-free access and washroom accessibility, so you know before you go. Coverage improves as hosts fill them in.

What we list

Stand-up comedy

The classic: one comic, one mic, and a set they've been sharpening for months. From five-minute showcase spots to full headliner hours.

Open mics

Where every comic in the country started. Usually free, usually weekly, always a gamble — and the single best way to see tomorrow's headliners first.

Improv shows

Nothing is scripted and nothing happens twice. Troupes build whole scenes from a single audience suggestion — the most social night out in comedy.

Roast battles

Two comics, prepared insults, a winner picked by the room. Loud, brutal, and consistently the fastest-selling indie format in the country.

Free comedy shows

No ticket, no cover, no excuse. Hundreds of Canadian rooms run free or pay-what-you-can — they just never show up on ticketing sites.
